Savory, and grapefruit like in acidity, the body is light/medium and satiny in mouthfeel, while impressively round and full, with flavor nuances of chocolate, black currant, blueberry, and citrus, a nice molasses aroma.
All orders begin with 1lb of green coffee. Roasting removes moisture reducing the finish weight by 15-20% depending on the origin and processing method. Customers should expect between 13-14oz of roasted coffee per bag.
To keep your coffee fresh longer, we always recommend grinding right before brewing. Optionally, we are pleased to offer your preferred grind.
