A balanced sweet, chocolaty body gives way to nuances of cola, raisin and brown spice. Mild in acidity and medium in body. Familiar Colombian aromas promise a satisfying cup. The beans are a blend of Caturra and Castillo varieties harvested by small producers in the Viejo Caldas region from September-December 2021. 97% naturally decaffeinated using the sugarcane process.
All orders begin with 1lb of green coffee. Roasting removes moisture reducing the finish weight by 15-20% depending on the origin and processing method. Customers should expect between 13-14oz of roasted coffee per bag.
To keep your coffee fresh longer, we always recommend grinding right before brewing. Optionally, we are pleased to offer your preferred grind.
