Ethiopian heirloom coffee is roundly sweet in structure, with a gentle pleasing edge, a full plush mouthfeel with pleasant, deeply-toned chocolaty/molasses notes in body, and the characteristic floral/lemon/slight blueberry nuances that blend in perfect harmony to create a special cup of coffee.
Fresh roasted on Saturday, delivered or shipped on Monday. To keep your coffee fresh longer, we always recommend grinding right before brewing. Optionally, we are pleased to offer your preferred grind.

This coffee is well rounded and has great flavor and aroma. My wife and I both agree it’s some of the best coffee we’ve ever had! We’re looking forward to trying the others!

Working on my second bag of Yirgacheffe and have nothing but good things to say about it. It has a rich and bold flavor with some sweet floral notes. Medium body with some hints of a chocolatey flavor. Lots of flavor and smells great. I even enjoy eating a few beans here and there as well. My favorite so far, definitely plan to keep a bag around the house all the time. I like to drink a cup in the morning to get my day started, and in the evening when I need a boost to stay focused on school work.
