Your complete satisfaction with our products is backed by a 100% refund policy. If you are unhappy with your order we will refund your entire purchase, excluding any shipping cost within 14 days of purchase. Simply email [email protected] with your order number and relevant details to your request.

Shipping

Orders over $30 ship Free, under $30 ship for $5. All orders ship via USPS Priority or USPS First Class depending on location. Your coffee is always shipped within one day of roasting.

Privacy

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. All communications from Nate’s Beans are from double opt-in mailing lists that are privately managed.
