Colombian - Viejo Caldas Decaf
A balanced sweet, chocolaty body gives way to nuances of cola, raisin and brown spice. Mild in acidity and medium in body. Familiar Colombian aromas promise a satisfying cup.
The beans are a blend of Caturra and Castillo varieties harvested by small producers in the Viejo Caldas region from September-December 2021.
